Holidays

January 19th, 2010

I am currently on holidays in an undisclosed location somewhere near the beach and I thought that I might just tell you that I am having a great time. Although I do not like the beach, I am still enjoying my time in the water because the apartment we are staying in has a heated 17m lap pool. We have also done other things which I cannot remember at the moment.

Anyway, i am having a good time.
Talk to you later

P.S. I might have a post about Ubuntu on here soon.

Just a thought…

September 5th, 2009

Computers can be a big pain sometimes. I mean, most of the time. And it’s not just computers. It’s everything electrical. Power-supplies not working, computers crashing, old radio amplifier not working, radio frequencies clashing, keys on phones being to small for me to type on… The list goes on. It would be good if all thins just… worked. But of course they don’t. Manufactures need to test all their things before they atsrt selling them on the market. Oh well,
The reason I am saying this is because I just lost some of my Maths assignment. Now I need to start again. ANd before you jump to conclusions, I did have a backup, but it decided not to work. Argggg. Maybe if I dodn’t listen to music it wouldn’t crash the machine.

Ahhhhhh

Ahhhhhh…

That’s all

Today’s Youth (Including me)

September 1st, 2009

Hello there everyone. Today I am going to be focusing on just people in my class mainly, so if you are an adult, you are not being forced to read this.

Technology today is taking over. And I know that I can’t be going around pointing the finger because I use it myself. The thing is though, people are using too much and at the wrong time. Lets take my maths class for instance.

During maths class, the classroom is mayhem. The teacher has basically no control over the class. The only way that he can get anyone to settle down slightly, is by telling them that he will give them a referal. And, that doesn’t work 100% of the time. Most of the class mucks up during this class and doesn’t learn anything at all. (When test time comes, they don’t all go to well) The thing tht really, really annoys me is that most of the students of this class decide that they will use their mobile phones or iPods. They send messages to each other, take photos, listen to music, and even make phone calls.

Haha. Funny, but I suppose it is true.

Now, I bet some of the people from class are sitting at home now saying ‘it’s not me’ or’what’s he going to do?’. I can tell at least 1 third of the class that it IS them. I can also tell you that I am not going to be doing much to stop you, except just simply talking to you. I am also going to continue to be one of the few people in my class that does NOT do all this pointless and timewasting stuff. I am going to continue to learn maths in maths class. Not how to send a song via bluetooth and how to make my bluetooth name something utterly weird.

So, that’s something to think about, isn’t it 7E.

Goodbye for now
James

I won!!!

August 31st, 2009

Yes. That is right. I WON!!! If you wondering what I won, it was a game of elimination volleyball that we played in PD/H/PE last week. I ended up being the last person standing on our team, and there were five people on the opposite team. The only part of this game that I am good at are the serves, and that Is how I won. Basically, all I did was serve 5 times, and every time I served, it hit the ground on the other teams half, and someone was out. It was rather odd when I won because everyone went estatic. (I think it is because I never usually go any good in sport, and for once, I did!)

A very exciting/engrossing/enchanting/electric/absorbing week!!!

August 24th, 2009
WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT JAMES?!? That is what you may be asking abou the title of this blog. I will now tell you what all this is for. I felt like talking to you about my week, and I wanted a long title. SO I used the online thesaurus to find other words for ‘exciting’ and that is what I came up with. Isn’t it good. Now, you may wonder why may week is exciting. It is because…  Read the rest of this entry »
